Mencap Family Engagement Project for parents/carers of children with SEND or emerging needs age between 0-5 years
Colourful Minds is an established non profit peer support organisation based at Darnhill Library, Heywood. We are solely voluntary and deliver emotional and wellbeing support to parents and carers of families with SEN and disabilities. We signpost to support services, offer drop in sessions, lead a supervised WhatsApp chat group and organise various wellbeing events
Practical advice on supporting your child and managing behaviour
You can contact school to request help should you be in need of emergency food support. We can issue a food voucher for use at the Foodbank. Or you can self refer - please follow the link to the Foodbank website for the form and contact number.
